MINETY 2021 POSTPONEMENT
Minety Music Festival 2021 - COVID19 Stage 3 Restrictions - Postponement Statement
We would like to thank everyone in the Minety Music Festival family for your continued support and we wanted to update you on our response to the postponed lifting of COVID-19 restrictions announcement, which was made by the Prime Minister on Monday 14th June 2021.
Over the past week or so, we have worked tirelessly to try to ensure that we are able to bring you Minety Music Festival 2021 in a manner that means everyone can enjoy the festival safely and follow the Government guidelines and Wiltshire County Council advice. The health, safety and wellbeing of everyone involved in the festival (artists, traders, volunteers, crew and of course you, our audience) remains of paramount importance to us. Unfortunately, this has ultimately proven to be impossible.
Therefore, it is with the greatest regret that we have unavoidably had to take the painful decision to postpone Minety Music Festival 2021 for 12 months. The 4th Minety Music Festival will now defer for one year until 1st – 3rd July 2022. We are currently working with this years’ headliners, along with other bands we had already scheduled for next year’s event, to ensure that our line up in 2022 will be an epic celebration of live music.
Postponing this year’s Festival will no doubt come as a terrible blow to you, our audience, and also to our incredible crew and volunteers who have already worked so hard, getting ready for our scheduled event in just a couple of weeks time. We are extremely conscious that this decision will, once again, have an impact on the Festival’s nominated charities, suppliers and traders, so it is not a decision that we have taken lightly. For this reason we are determined to make the 2022 our best festival yet.
All tickets will remain fully valid for the new dates (1st – 3rd July 2022). We really hope that you will help us by committing to hold onto your tickets for the new date and come to party with us as originally planned in 2020. If you are willing to transfer your tickets to next year, you do not need to do anything. Your tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
If you wish to receive a refund of the face value of the ticket, please email email@example.com with your name and booking reference number. A refund will be made via the payment method you used for booking. All refund requests should be submitted by 31st July 2021 and we will process as quickly as possible.
We are (again) heartbroken at having to postpone the festival (again), given the preparation that has already gone into this year’s event from everyone involved. We trust you will continue to support the festival and we look forward to seeing you in 2022 for an extra special event. We will get there… eventually. Keep the faith!
Lots of love

Set in the heart of the Cotswolds, Minety Music Festival is now moving towards 2021 for its fouth event, following on from the hugely successful 2019 event, we are already looking forward to 2021.
This community not for profit 3 day summer music event (run entirely by volunteers) aimed in 2019 to raise funds for the Wiltshire Air Ambulance, Naomi House & Jacksplace Hospice and Minety Primary School and Pre-School, as well as securing future charity fundraising events.
Minety Music Festival is a 3 day music festival with around 65 bands / acts on 3 stages... Plenty to do and see for the whole family. It’s a great way to spend your summer weekend...
...and generally an excuse to have a bit of a party!
Although we have booked hot weather, we will be prepared for all eventualities! The main stage will be undercover, so whatever happens, you can stay dry and enjoy a superb weekend of music from a fantastic line-up, showcasing local music talent and covering a wide spectrum of music styles.
While we can’t predict the weather, you are guaranteed excellent music, a great, wide range of food and a well-stocked house Bar, Gin & Prosecco Bar and Cocktail Tiki Bar! There will also be a range of FREE activities in the Kidzone, including rock climbing wall, rock climbing digi-wall, an inflatable slide and assault course, bouncy castles, circus skills workshops and kids craft workshops (YES... ALL FREE), plus many more activities.
For 2021 we have decided to support 4 charities and a local community cause, as follows: Wiltshire Air Ambulance, Naomi House Hospice & Jacksplace, Combat Stress and The Big Yellow Bus Project. These are all fantastic charity charities that do great work on a daily basis and we are proud to be able to support them with your help. We have also decided to support the local Minety Community Shop project.
